At Golden Heart Shih Tzu Puppies, we are committed to the health and well-being of our puppies and the satisfaction of our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a reservation or purchase.

Live Animal Policy

Due to the nature of our business and the care involved in raising live animals, all puppy placements are considered final once the puppy has been delivered or picked up.

We do not accept returns of puppies except under specific circumstances outlined below.

Deposits & Reservations

  • A deposit may be required to reserve a puppy.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another available puppy (subject to availability and approval).
  • Failure to complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Health Guarantee

We take pride in providing healthy puppies. All puppies are:

  • Up-to-date on vaccinations
  • Checked by a licensed veterinarian
  • Raised in a clean and safe environment

If your puppy is found to have a serious health issue within [X days] of pickup (verified by a licensed veterinarian), please contact us immediately.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement puppy (if available), or
  • Partial support as deemed appropriate

Returns (Special Circumstances)

In rare and exceptional situations, we may accept the return of a puppy if:

  • The owner is unable to care for the puppy
  • The situation is discussed and approved by us in advance

Please note:

  • No refunds will be issued for returned puppies
  • Our priority is ensuring the puppy is placed in a safe and loving home

Cancellations

  • Orders or reservations canceled by the buyer are non-refundable
  • In special cases, deposits may be transferred to a future puppy

Customer Responsibility

By purchasing or reserving a puppy, you agree that:

  • You are prepared to care for a puppy responsibly
  • You understand the long-term commitment involved
  • You have asked all necessary questions before proceeding
